All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

 

3. Delivery Timeframe

Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact date of arrival, and the delivery timeframes (excluding weekends and public holidays) are as follows:

For customers in Victoria, approximately 7-10 working days;

For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD, approximately 9-12 working days;V1107-CS-SBJMQV1107-CS-SBJMQ

For customers in WA, NT, and TAS, approximately 9-12 working days.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high‑demand periods.

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

4. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
Some orders may include multiple packages .

Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear in the carrier’s system after dispatch.

 

5.  Delays & Delivery Issues

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Customs inspections

Postal service disruptions

High‑volume shipping periods

If your order has not arrived within 45 days, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue promptly.

 

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

Photos (for damaged items)

We will work with our suppliers to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable.
